The Method — Mat Pilates

slower, intentional, strength + awareness

Friday 9 AM

What It Is:
A slower, intentional mat Pilates class focused on building strength, control, mobility, and body awareness. Expect foundational Pilates movements with time to connect breath, alignment, and technique rather than rushing through the sequence.

Who It’s For:
Great for students who have some Pilates experience and want a thoughtful, strength-building practice. Also appropriate for students who enjoy a slower pace and want more time to refine their movement.

Intensity:
Moderate — expect focused core work, full-body strengthening, and controlled movement with opportunities to modify.

Contrology — Classical Mat Pilates

classical, structured, precision + flow

Saturday 9 AM

What It Is:
A classical mat Pilates practice rooted in the original Contrology sequence. Expect a more structured, flowing series of exercises performed in a specific order, with an emphasis on precision, control, breath, and consistency.

Who It’s For:
Anyone curious about classical Pilates, whether you're new to the practice or have been practicing for years. A good fit if you enjoy traditional Pilates and want to deepen your practice.

Intensity:
Moderate–challenging — the pace and sequencing can create a stronger physical demand, particularly through the core, hips, and full body.
