The Third Space is a structured somatic movement series designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and build awareness from the inside out.
This guided experience blends somatic exploration, gentle movement, breath, and nervous system awareness into a consistent weekly practice.
This offering is designed as a monthly series.
Each session builds on the last, creating a steady container where your body can gradually slow down, reorganize, and integrate the work over time.
The Experience:
Somatic movement is a practice of experiencing the body from inside out. Rather than focusing on the external shape, alignment perfection, or performance, somatics emphasizes internal sensation: what you feel, what you notice, and experience from moment to moment. You are guided to explore:
how your body naturally wants to move
where tension is being held or released
how breath affects sensation and awareness
how patterns of holding or guarding show up in the body
This creates a different relationship to movement; one that is less about doing and more about listening and feeling.
What We Do In Class
slow guided movement sequences
somatic exploration (micro movements, sensing, noticing)

grounding and orientation practices
nervous system regulation techniques
moments of stillness for integration
You are not being asked to perform movement. You are being invited to observe, feel, and respond.
The Container
This practice is held as a 4 week series to create consistency and depth.
Rather than resetting each week, the work builds progressively to allow for your nervous system and body to adapt, learn, and integrate over time.

To support your practice beyond the studio, participants in the full series recieve:
weekly somatic reflection prompts
simple at home awareness or movement practices
guidance for integrating the work and daily life
These resources are designed to extend your experience beyond the session, helping the practice become embodied rather than left in the studio.
