Private sessions are specifically crafted to your body and to meet your needs.

Private sessions are all about finding what works for your body and reaping all the benefits of an individualized session.

A private session is a great choice for anyone who:

  • is new to yoga/Pilates/exercise,

  • wants to dive deeper into their current practice,

  • is working through an injury,

  • has a busy schedule, or

  • has other special needs.

You may also book a private session for a small group of people!

You deserve to spend meaningful time with yourself each week. Our sessions are more than just a workout or a stretch. Movement is for your mind and heart as much as it is for your physical body. 

Our sessions are tailored to your requests and draw influence from the following styles:

  • Vinyasa (active, warming, sweaty)

  • Pilates (targeted strength based movement)

  • Yin/Restorative (slow, deep stretch - you won't break a sweat)

  • Pranayama (breath techniques to support the nervous system)

  • Adaptive/Chair (adapted for injuries, disabilities, beginners)

  • Thai Yoga/Assisted Stretch (hands on bodywork technique)

Black Swan Yoga is a heated studio at 90 degrees. Classes are designed around active beginners to experienced practitioners. Classes are donation-based, meaning pay what you want to attend class!

​Revival Pilates: A Pilates studio I am grateful and proud to say we focus on the original, time-tested principles of Pilates. Within we teach to the pure, effective movements that have made Pilates a trusted practice for decades. Every class is designed to honor the art of the reformer, guiding you through a purposeful, transformative experience.

I teach a variety of class styles:

-Flow: vinyasa based practice designed to build body-breath-mind connection through the cultivation of strength, flexibility, and breathwork. All levels welcome!

-Rocket: an evolution of the traditional Ashtanga practice designed around a vinyasa style practice. Rocket yoga has a foundational set sequence that gives room creativity and variation. The series of poses offer a challenging and foundational practice to build a strong practice.

-Align stays true to classic pilates. Align classes are designed to work the entire body through focused movements. Emphasis is on precision, alignment, spinal mobility, control, stability, and balance.

-Foundations is a mat and tower class that is recommended as a prerequisite for all other classes. This class is appropriate for beginners and beneficial for regular practitioners. Offering both education and exercise, Foundations prepares the body to move safely and powerfully. Foundations will transform how you understand safe and healthy movement in all exercise modalities. Expect to find the absolute edge of your core strength in this class.
