Through Hmegrown, I bring yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness into workplaces, schools, and private settings. These sessions are designed to reduce stress, build strength, and support long-term well-being for teams and individuals alike.

Mindfulness & Movement in Schools

Through training with the Niroga Institute, I’ve guided dynamic mindfulness practices for students in grade school. These sessions combine gentle movement, breathing techniques, and mindful awareness in a way that’s engaging, age-appropriate, and accessible for all learners.

Students learn practical tools to help manage stress, regulate emotions, improve focus, and build resilience — skills that support not only academic success but also social-emotional growth. Sessions can be offered as short classroom breaks, ongoing series, or part of a larger wellness program tailored to the school’s needs.

  • Mindful Movement Breaks (10–15 min): Quick reset sessions during the school day to release restlessness, improve focus, and re-energize.

  • Classroom Series (30–45 min): Weekly or monthly sessions blending movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices tailored to different grade levels.

  • Workshops for Students or Staff (60 min): Longer sessions focused on stress management, emotional regulation, and practical tools for well-being inside and outside the classroom.

At Hmegrown, we believe movement and mindfulness are more than practices — they’re tools for resilience, focus, and long-term wellness. Our Corporate Care: Body & Mind program brings yoga, Pilates, and meditation into the workplace to support healthier, more balanced teams.

🌿 Guided Group Yoga (45–60 min)

An all-levels friendly flow designed to release tension, improve posture, and reset energy after long hours at a desk. Participants will leave feeling both grounded and refreshed — and yes, ready to break a little sweat.

🌿 Guided Group Meditation (30 min)

A session focused on simple breathing techniques and mindfulness practices to ease stress, sharpen concentration, and clear mental roadblocks. Perfect for a midday reset or winding down at the end of the workday.

🌿 Guided Group Pilates (45–60 min)

Strength-based movement with a focus on posture, core stability, and functional mobility. Pilates sessions help staff feel stronger, more energized, and better supported for the demands of daily work.

Private sessions are all about finding what works for your body and reaping all the benefits of an individualized session.

A private session is a great choice for anyone who:

  • is new to yoga/Pilates/exercise,

  • wants to dive deeper into their current practice,

  • is working through an injury,

  • has a busy schedule, or

  • has other special needs.

You may also book a private session for a small group of people!

You deserve to spend meaningful time with yourself each week. Our sessions are more than just a workout or a stretch. Movement is for your mind and heart as much as it is for your physical body. 

Our sessions are tailored to your requests and draw influence from the following styles:

  • Vinyasa (active, warming, sweaty)

  • Pilates (targeted strength based movement)

  • Gentle/Restorative (slow, deep stretch - you won't break a sweat)

  • Pranayama (breath techniques to support the nervous system)

  • Adaptive/Chair (adapted for injuries, disabilities, beginners)
