A first look at the new Baytown studio.
Thank you for being part of the very beginning. This page gives you early access to our opening schedule proposal, a peek into the space, and options to join as a member or contribute towards start up cost.
Baytown is growing quickly, and with limited wellness options in the area, a dedicated yoga studio will fill the much needed gap by offering the community with a space to move, breathe, and connect.
The space is simple and beautiful. And that’s exactly what draws me to in and allows for me to envision a future home here. It’s warm, welcoming, and ready to hold movement, stillness, and community. I love the exposed brick, the large industrial beam, the original hardwood floors, and the big skylight window for all the natural light!
I’ve created a mock-up of what the space can look and feel like once we are set up. My intention is to make the space feel both grounding and expansive. There are so many ideas I have for this space and cannot wait to see them to unfold.
The studio will host intimate classes with maximum capacity at 15. This number may change on how classes feel as we grow. This will be a place where you can arrive as you are, breathe a little deeper, and feel supported whether in practice, connection, or simply being.
Opening Schedule
As we open, I am starting with a short focused class schedule to ensure we can adapt as we grow and offer the best experiences. There will be added Mat Pilates classes, differing yoga offerings, and workshops. I want to leave room for expansion, and I’d love to hear from my community about what times work best for you. Your feedback will help shape the future offerings.

Slow Return Yoga:
Nourish yourself through intentional, gentle sequences designed to restore your body, settle your mind, and reconnect with your spirit. This practice invites you inward, towards softness, reflection, and the quiet healing. Return gently, come home to your body.
Align and Flow Yoga:
A mindful blend of alignment and fluid movement to deepen awareness, release tension, and create new supportive patterns in your body. Move with intention and flow with ease.
Restore and Reclaim:
A restorative yoga and soundbath experience designed to help you release tension, calm the nervous system, and connect to your inner self. Slow, supported movement ease your body into deep rest while sound healing frequencies guide you into a state of balance and renewal.
Contrology Flow Mat Pilates:
A rhythmic exploration of the original Contrology method, where flow meets precision. Move through more classical pilates sequences that build inner strength, mobility and control. Expect a continuous pace that challenges your alignment and stamina. Ideal for those wanting to deepen their Pilates practice through classical flow and form refinement.
The Method Mat Pilates
A return to the roots of the Pilates method. This class slows things down to emphasize posture, placement, and precision. A methodical practice where each movement is intentional, allowing you time to understand alignment and muscle activation. Perfect for those new to Pilates or anyone refining their foundation.
Classes will be offered on a sliding scale, with the minimum starting at $12 so that you can choose what works best for you. This structure was designed to make our classes accessible while supporting the growth and sustainability of the studio.
Drop-In Classes: $12+ per class
Class Packs and Memberships: Available to those who want to commit to a regular practice with different options.
