So often in life we look for the answers outside of ourselves. The truth is, everything we need — all that we are — can be found within. Come home to who you are.

In my journey to wholeness and healing, it was my rituals that allowed me to discover what I needed was always within me. Movement such as yoga allowed me to be with me. To reclaim my body as mine. Taking care of my plants is what grounded me. It allowed me to see the growth within myself. Being outside is what centered me. Being around others who operated on similar frequencies is what gave me a sense of connection. Taking a moment to pause and to drink tea as an ritual and act of slowing down. Finding moments to tap into my creativity to further open my mind and broaden my perspective.

Hmegrown was created out of love for Self. a love for Nature. and a love for All. my intention is to create a space that offers you a sweet balance of some of life’s beautiful gifts.

At Hmegrown, community is at the heart of what we do. We now have a studio to call home. A space that is welcoming where you can connect with others, deepen your practice, and care for your whole self. With small classes, affordable sliding scale pricing, Hmegrown brings Baytown a yoga community that is supportive, inclusive, and rooted in wellness. Movement that is mindful, strengthening, and empowering.

I’m also excited to offer community-centered blend of yoga + pilates classes at Lee College! Whether you’re just starting your wellness journey or looking to deepen your practice, these classes are accessible and open to all levels.

  • Individualized support for your movement or wellness journey. Whether you’re managing stress, rebuilding strength, or just wanting space to move in your own time, I offer 1:1 yoga + Pilates sessions tailored for you.
