Home is in your body
I believe in the simple and complex philosophy:
Home is within.
So often in life we look for the answers outside of ourselves. The truth is, everything we need — all that we are — can be found within. Come home to who you are.

movement. reclamation. reconnection. creation. healing. growing.
In my journey to wholeness and healing, it was my rituals that allowed me to discover what I needed was always within me. Movement such as yoga allowed me to be with me. To reclaim my body as mine. Taking care of my plants is what grounded me. It allowed me to see the growth within myself. Being outside is what centered me. Being around others who operated on similar frequencies is what gave me a sense of connection. Taking a moment to pause and to drink tea as an ritual and act of slowing down. Finding moments to tap into my creativity to further open my mind and broaden my perspective.
Hmegrown was created out of love for Self. a love for Nature. and a love for All. my intention is to create a space that offers you a sweet balance of some of life’s beautiful gifts.
“This body is yours. It is your home. The keeper of your soul. The resting place of your spirit. No one can ever take that away.”
